Ojugbele Mourns Chief Alani Akinde.

Ogun State PDP House of Assembly Candidate Hon (Barr) Ojugbele Oluwaseyi Ayantola ESQ, on Thursday described as shocking the death of Hon Chief Mukandasi Alani Akinde the Okonlomo of Awori kingdom and the Elder State Man of People's Democratic Party (PDP) Ogun State chapter.

Hon Chief Alani Akinde reportedly died on Friday morning at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH).

In a condolence message to the family and to all political colleagues,  Hon Barr Ojugbele Oluwaseyi Ayantola described Chief Mukandas Alani Akinde, as a brilliant and versatile politician, who deployed his wealth of experience in the politics to better the society.

He said the late Business guru was a stickler for the truth, noting that through his medium, he contributed his own quota to the society and political development of Ogun State.

“His death is a huge loss to his family and the People's Democratic Party (PDP) family across the globe. His legacies are immense and indelible.

“We in Ado Odo Ota LG and Ogun State will miss this quintessential and courageous political leader of no mean repute. It is my prayer that God grant him eternal rest,”  Ojugbele said.
